DPC Board of Directors Nominations info:
Nominations for the Board of Directors are open. To be eligible to run you must be a Regular, Senior, or Life Member, in good standing, and have been a member for at least 1 year prior. *All nominations for a person other than yourself must be made at a meeting of the Board of Directors (the Sept or Oct meetings) with the nominee present at the meeting to either accept or decline the nomination. Self-nominations can be submitted in writing to the Secretary. (Email of self-nomination is acceptable. Please include your phone number in the email.)
- The nomination period will conclude during the October Board of Directors meeting to facilitate in-person nominations.
- Bios for nominated candidates will be due to: [email protected] by the 2nd Tuesday of Oct. so they may be processed and then emailed to the voting membership on, or before the 3rd Tuesday of October. *You are encouraged to include a headshot photo for your bio.
- Voting will occur electronically no later than 1 week after conclusion of the November BoD and conclude till 1/2 hour prior to the opening of the December Annual Membership Meeting/Board of Directors meeting. Votes will be tabulated, and winners announced at the meeting and empaneled thereafter.
