Electronic Waivers

DPC uses Electronic Waivers exclusively. There are two methods to complete an Electronic Waiver for your guest(s) as shown below.

*Please make sure to perform the electronic waiver process BEFORE going to the ranges/bays for shooting and remember that guests are a member's responsibility and must be escorted at all times.

**Electronic Waivers are only valid for that day's use. A new Waiver must be completed for each subsequent day that a guest(s)/observer(s) is/are on-site.

***Each guest must complete a separate Waiver except a parent/guardian completes one for themselves and any minor(s).

You may use the following methods to complete an Electronic Waiver:

2. You may scan the QR code shown below on a connected mobile device to complete an Electronic Waiver:
