Doug Deaton Class – August 30, 1-5 pm

Dallas Pistol Club is very proud to host Doug Deaton for his presentation on how to avoid legal issues in a use of force situation. It will be held on Saturday, August 30 in the CPD-LE classroom from 1-5 pm.

What is this class is about?:

  • Risk Management in human conflict,
  • The true risks of conflict with strangers,
  • How righteous anger lies to us,
  • Finding an "off-ramp" before the crash

WHAT is this class REALLY about?

  1. Other people's problems,
  2. How to make sure the same things don't happen to you.

This presentation will cover four specific cases where Doug has worked as an expert witness regarding use of force. This is a very rare opportunity to gather lessons from legal current legal cases, without engaging an attorney. Doug has been invited to present this topic at the sold-out Rangemaster Tactical Conference next April. This is a chance to ask deep questions in a relaxed atmosphere, with an expert on the local laws and judicial temperament.

The cost is $175. Bring materials to take notes. No special gear or attire required.
